1st Step- Fill out questionnaire
You will first meet with a member of our team and fill out an assessment form to see if you are experiencing any symptoms related to hormone abnormalities.
2nd Step- Lab draw
If you are experiencing symptoms, you will make an appointment with our registered nurse to have your labs drawn. We draw an extensive hormone lab panel to guide us on our next steps.
3rd Step- Go over labs with a medical provider
Your labs will take 4-7 business days to finalize. Once they are ready, you will schedule a time to meet with our medical provider, either by phone or in person, to go over your lab results.
4th Step- Decide treatment plan
After discussing your lab results, your medical provider will go over your options and together you can decide on the right treatment plan for you.
